Summary

Role: CMS / Backend Developer 

Location: REMOTE

CONTRACT -W2

  • Minimum 6 years of web application development, including at least 4 years with open-source CMS platforms.
  • Drupal, WordPress, or equivalent CMS experience, including backend configuration, content types, taxonomies, workflows, and custom modules or plugins.
  • PHP or relevant backend language, SQL databases, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Searchable document repositories, tagging, filtering, content calendars, news publishing, notifications, staff directories, forms, and role-based administration.
  • Third-party integrations such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, ArcGIS Maps, social media, video, and translation services.
  • Secure coding, input validation, access controls, patching, error handling, caching, and performance optimization.
  • Migration testing, bug resolution, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-launch maintenance.
