Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Consultant / Data Migration Architect with strong expertise in Windchill data migration, PLM processes, and migration strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience leading enterprise-scale migration initiatives and working with Windchill data models, workflows, and migration utilities.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data migration projects, preferably in a Windchill environment
- Strong understanding of the PLM domain and engineering data management
- Solid expertise in Windchill data model, workflows, configurations, and customization
- Experience migrating data from non-PLM systems into Windchill environments
- Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies, concepts, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) tools
- Experience with Windchill migration utilities, site consolidation tools, and migration processes
- Expertise in data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation techniques
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for migration activities
- Knowledge of CAD data and engineering document management systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead migration teams and guide technical activities

- Lead end-to-end Windchill data migration activities

- Support CAD and engineering document migration activities
- Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure data integrity
- Guide and mentor team members during migration execution
- Ensure adherence to migration best practices and governance standards
Preferred Qualifications
