Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll/HCM Consultant to support the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, Core HCM, and Compensation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and configuration of Workday Payroll and Core HCM solutions.
  • Assist with solutioning and implementation activities based on client business requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and facilitate discussions to drive decisions.
  • Create and update design documents, decision documents, and RAID items.
  • Support tenant configuration and build activities.
  • Develop and maintain user stories and configuration documentation.
  • Assist with defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Update gap definition documents and support business process configuration.
Required Skills
  • Workday Payroll certification.
  • Workday HCM Core certification.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Workday Payroll and Core HCM configuration.
  • Understanding of Workday implementation and solution design.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience participating in a Workday implementation.
  • Workday Compensation certification.
  • Experience with Workday Compensation configuration.
