Cloud Engineer will support the State of Michigan’s cloud architecture and engineering teams in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions across public, private, and hybrid environments. This role is ideal for early‑career technologists who have foundational cloud knowledge and are eager to grow into a full cloud engineering or cloud architecture role.

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
· Assist with infrastructure provisioning and configuration using automation tools.
· Participate in integrating cloud pipelines with existing DevOps systems.
· Document architecture decisions, pipeline configurations, and deployment procedures.

- Maintain clear and organized technical documentation for onboarding and future reference.
- Support adherence to cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, PCI, etc.).
