Job Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Technology & Innovation to lead strategic technology initiatives, custom SAP development, integrations, and customer-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP application development, integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders across Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce.
• Lead internal and external IT teams and contribute to IT strategy and architecture.
• Establish development standards, reference architectures, and technology governance.
• Manage teams supporting SAP S/4HANA, PI/PO, ABAP, Fiori, Web Dynpro, CPI, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, STIBO, and related platforms.
• Ensure code quality, performance, documentation, security, and regulatory compliance including HIPAA, PCI, and GDPR.
• Oversee customer-facing platforms supporting sales, marketing, and eCommerce.
• Drive ERP optimization, emerging technology adoption, change management, and business transformation.
• Support M&A application integration, budgeting, program planning, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP environments and recommend scalable technology solutions.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Background:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, SAP, commercial technology, or application development.
• Strong leadership experience managing technology teams and complex enterprise programs.
• Deep experience with SAP, integrations, enterprise applications, and customer-facing technologies.
• Strong executive communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
