Job Title: SAP Test Manager

Job Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Serve as the SAP QA Lead, driving quality assurance across multiple SAP modules including finance, workflow, and business partner processes.
Lead and manage QA activities across distributed teams while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Develop and implement test strategies, including automation, to improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
Translate business requirements into risk-based testing approaches and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Manage and mentor onshore and offshore QA teams.
Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
Design, review, and execute test cases aligned with business requirements.
Track, manage, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.
Support user acceptance testing and provide detailed test documentation.
Monitor QA metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
Coordinate release management and deployment activities.

Requirement/Must Have:

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP QA leadership or management roles.
Strong expertise in SAP modules including finance, workflow, and business partner processes.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Experience leading distributed teams.
Strong defect management and root cause analysis skills.
Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience with release management and deployment coordination.

Should Have:

Experience in the insurance domain, particularly property and casualty.
Experience with SAP automation and testing tools.
Knowledge of integration with external systems.
Experience in business analysis or quality analysis roles.

Skills:

SAP quality assurance and testing.
Test automation and strategy.
Team leadership and mentoring.
Defect management and analysis.
Process improvement and reporting.
Stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
Equivalent experience considered.
