Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Bay Area, CA / Austin, TX (Onsite position)
Job Description:
The Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer will design, build, and support enterprise Kubernetes platforms with a focus on Operators, Admission Webhooks, Ingress, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code. The role requires strong hands‑on experience across AWS, Terraform, Crossplane, and multi‑cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain Kubernetes Operators and troubleshoot reconciliation issues.
• Implement and support Admission Webhooks for cluster policies.
• Manage Ingress controllers (NGINX, Envoy) and handle TLS, routing, and networking.
• Develop and structure Helm charts, lifecycle hooks, upgrades, and rollbacks.
• Build large‑scale Terraform modules and AWS infrastructure.
• Create and manage Crossplane Compositions and cloud resources.
• Debug complex issues across deployments, networking, and IaC.
• Work in multi‑cloud environments and design scalable cloud‑native systems.
Required Experience:
• 8-10+ years in Kubernetes/Cloud Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with Operators, Webhooks, Helm, Terraform, and Crossplane.
• Deep AWS knowledge and multi‑cloud exposure.
• Excellent debugging and problem‑solving skills.
