We are seeking a Senior Power BI & Business Intelligence Developer to design, manage, and maintain internal and public-facing dashboards and reports. In this position, you will work closely with business data owners to define processes, build advanced data visualizations, ensure regulatory and legislative reporting compliance, and manage Power BI Server workspace governance.

• Develop, maintain, and publish interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Server.

• Build data models, manage certifications, and establish ETL pipelines using Power Query.

• Integrate enterprise data sources using Databricks and automate workflows.

• Configure workspace administration, user access control, and row-level security management.

• Translate functional specifications into technical requirement documents, training guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.

• Required Skills:

  • Dashboard Design & Visualization: 7+ years of experience in complex reporting and dashboard creation

  • Data Modeling & ETL: 6+ years in data modeling/relationships and 5+ years with Power Query ETL

  • Server Governance & Security: 4+ years in Power BI workspace administration and 3+ years managing user access/security

  • Databricks Integration: 3+ years of experience integrating Databricks with Power BI

  • Analytical Problem Solving: 5+ years of analytical thinking and business requirement definition

• Preferred (Highly Desired) Skills:

  • Automation & Ticketing: Experience with M365 automation/integration and ServiceNow ticketing

  • Domain Knowledge: Government or public sector reporting experience
