StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a leading financial services organization to identify a talented full-time Java Application Developer professional for a critical position based in Stamford, CT. In this role, you will spearhead the evolution of mission-critical online brokerage and client infrastructure platforms that manage account onboarding and ongoing services for millions of global users. Working closely with modern engineering teams, you will directly influence high-performance, scalable software systems essential to delivering a seamless and compliant client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, construct, and enhance robust, multi-tiered web applications backing online brokerage operations and high-volume account registration workflows.

• Engineer end-to-end solutions involving robust Oracle database schemas, PL/SQL packages, automated batch schedules, and server-side Java applications.

• Drive complete software development lifecycle execution, championing modern development standards from initial concept through production support.

• Integrate cutting-edge front-end component architectures and web interfaces to elevate client interaction and platform responsiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery pipelines and continuously refine core client account infrastructure.

What You Bring

• Advanced academic foundation featuring a Master''''''''''''''''s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Proven background with a minimum of three years dedicated to enterprise Web Application Development.

• Deep proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, core Java, and enterprise Oracle / PL/SQL database structures.

• Hands-on expertise leveraging the Spring Framework, specifically including Spring Boot and Spring MVC.

• Comprehensive experience designing single-page user interfaces utilizing Angular and Vue.js.

• Strong mastery of foundational web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern Component-Based Architecture.

• Proficiency navigating modern software continuous integration workflows using Bitbucket and Gerrit for version control, branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative peer reviews.

• Direct practice with automated build systems utilizing Gradle for dependency management, multi-project builds, and custom build scripts.

• Working exposure to modern AI-assisted development resources such as Claude Code and next-generation Agentic Coding Tools to streamline engineering efficiency and elevate code quality.

• Fundamental working knowledge within UNIX / Linux environments.

• Exceptional precision, strong self-direction, high motivation, and a rapid ability to master emerging technological frameworks.

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Baseline annual salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 paired with a targeted 30% performance bonus and stock grant allocations.
