Business Systems Analyst II

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business Systems Analyst II to support financial planning and analysis initiatives for a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. 

What You’ll Do

• Elicit, document, and validate business and user requirements

• Partner with business and technical teams to design and deploy solutions

• Support testing, implementation, and issue resolution to ensure accurate delivery

• Provide guidance on prioritization, process improvements, and system changes

• Assist with training materials and mentor junior staff as needed

What You’ll Need

• IT business analysis experience

• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience reviewing requirements, test plans, and design documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• CBAP or similar certification

• Experience with Visio, MS Project, SQL, or Power BI
