• Design interactive and effective eLearning courses using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to enhance and refine course content and materials.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to guarantee seamless learning experiences.
• Compile feedback and lessons learned for continuous enhancement of course materials.

Skills

• Exceptional project management abilities with multitasking prowess.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
• High attention to detail focusing on quality improvements and user satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

• Background in instructional design or educational technology.
• Experience with multimedia production tools and techniques.
• Understanding of learning management systems (LMS).
• Analytical skills for assessing project outcomes and integrating user feedback.
