Remote, Workday Security Lead /HCM - Only W2 (Must have Workday HCM Core Certification)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Security / HCM Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and management of Workday Security and HCM modules. The ideal candidate will lead security architecture, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and support end-to-end HCM processes within Workday.

Required Qualifications:

•Required minimum 10+ years’ experience in Workday – Security

•Candidate must have Lead experience with strong Workday Implementation

•Candidate must have certified in Workday HCM Core

•Candidate must have 6+ years’ experience in Workday – HCM

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
