About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a product team through the full software development lifecycle. In this contingent role, you will guide Agile practices, remove delivery obstacles, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders. You will work on moderately complex initiatives that require strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to evaluate variable factors across the Scrum process.
This role requires a deep understanding of the SDLC, as you will be responsible for driving compliance and process adherence for the product's lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent application of Scrum principles across the team.
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives, contributing to planning and execution of Scrum Master deliverables.
- Analyze and evaluate mid-level Scrum or Agile challenges to determine effective solutions.
- Partner with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, ensure alignment, and maintain process compliance.
- Support large-scale planning activities and contribute to delivery strategy and execution.
- Leverage an in-depth understanding of Agile frameworks, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with client personnel and cross-functional partners to drive team performance and product quality.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of professional experience in Scrum or Agile environments, demonstrated through work history, consulting experience, training, military service, or education.
- Strong mastery of the SDLC process, with the ability to manage and uphold SDLC requirements for the product.
