Job Description:
Growth Data Science Analyst
6-10 month contract
Pay Rate: $50-$60/hr.
Location: San Francisco and Seattle highly preferred, open to remote working PST hours
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Growth Analytics
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis from massive amounts of data to extract useful business insights and provide recommendations
Design and build intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions
Deliver insights and analytics to help stakeholders answer critical questions related to Payments, Retention, and Expansion initiatives
Measure, benchmark, and optimize programs aimed at maximizing product adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention for our customers
Basic qualifications
Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance, Math, CS, or related)
3+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role
3+ years of SQL skills with excellent hands-on exposure to creating complex queries across multiple database schemas
2+ years of experience creating data visualization dashboards in Tableau or Qlik
Proven effectiveness working independently or partnering with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience in at least one programming language (eg. R, Python, Scala/Spark or Perl etc)
Experience setting up experiments and analyzing impact of A/B tests to arrive at conclusive results
Work experience at a B2B company.
