Summary

The Opportunity

•  The Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Business Capability Design & Delivery (BCDD) team provides strategic partnership and engagement, delivering end-to-end capabilities for Adobe’s C&P processes, platforms, and applications.

•    Seeking a technical leader with strong executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence across all levels to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver Adobe’s strategic roadmap.

•    The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded technical background and proven experience leading complex programs in matrix organizations to deliver customer-centric solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement

•    Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand objectives and goals

. •    Partner with BCDD Leadership, Product Management (PdM), and Business stakeholders to align with vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

 Program Intake & Planning

•    Facilitate and manage intake and triage of requests via Workfront (initiatives and enhancements).

•    Support prioritization through impact assessment and stack-ranking.

•    Collaborate with ATS teams to estimate effort (T-shirt sizing) and feasibility.

 Program Execution & Delivery

•    Lead end-to-end program management using ATS SLC and Jira:

o    Initiation: Drive discovery, POC, governance setup, and program artifacts

. o    Planning: Identify dependencies, define roadmap, secure approvals

. o    Execution & Monitoring: Manage risks, changes, and stakeholder alignment.

o    Communication: Deliver executive updates, status reports, and governance artifacts.

o    Closure: Manage release activities, hypercare, and program closure.

 Optimization & Reporting

•    Drive trade-off discussions, sequencing, and resource planning.

•    Support portfolio-level reporting (QBRs, ad-hoc reporting).

 Benefits Realization

•    Track adoption and impact post-release (30/60/90-day reviews)

. •    Establish feedback loops to inform future initiatives.  

Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

•    Certifications (preferred):PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, CSM

. •    7–10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in software/technology environments.

•    Experience in Customer Experience platforms (web, voice, chat/messaging preferred)

. •    Proven experience managing cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.

•    Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

. •    Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.  

Must-Have Skills

•    Senior Program Manager / Technical PM experience

•    Execution of complex, cross-functional programs

•    Strong requirement gathering and articulation

•    Experience working with Engineering teams in Agile environments

•    Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and delivery methodologies

•    Experience in seller/sales domain

•    Ability to drive Channel Account Managers (CAM) and support sales strategies

•    Strong stakeholder communication and reporting (weekly reports, executive summaries)

 Nice-to-Have Skills

•    PMP Certification

•    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

•    Experience with chat/messaging platforms
