About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled
React/Python Developer to support software engineering initiatives and deliverables across a dynamic technical environment. In this role, you will contribute to medium-complexity engineering projects, help solve technical challenges, and collaborate closely with client engineering teams to build high-quality solutions.
You will leverage your strong experience in software development, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities- Contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives, including design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Participate in large-scale planning efforts related to software engineering deliverables.
- Review, analyze, and troubleshoot software challenges that require evaluation of multiple variables or dependencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve moderately complex technical issues and ensure alignment with engineering standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate directly with client engineering personnel to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain strong working relationships.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through professional roles, consulting engagements, training, military service, or academic experience.
- Advanced proficiency in React and Python, including hands-on development experience across front-end and back-end components.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)- Experience working in collaborative, multi-team engineering environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across varied technical domains.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, version control, and CI/CD practices.
