Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with practical experience in network infrastructure project lifecycle management, focusing on fiber optics technology and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with network infrastructure and transport equipment and excel in project management. This role requires clear communication and the ability to explain and execute the end-to-end network infrastructure delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the full lifecycle of network infrastructure projects from initiation through to delivery and closure.
• Manage schedules, resources, and documentation associated with fiber optics and DWDM technology deployments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues relating to network infrastructure and transport equipment.
• Generate reports and present project status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Aid in risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout project phases.
• Ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met in accordance with project plans.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of fiber optics and DWDM technologies to provide technical insights and support within projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Practical, hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of fiber optics technology and DWDM systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within a network infrastructure environment.
• Demonstrated familiarity with transport equipment in telecom or data networks.
• Solid project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication.
• Capability to explain the end-to-end project lifecycle clearly and effectively.
