Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping
Define and implement CSDM-aligned data models
Lead platform design ensuring scalability, performance, and integrity
Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmap and best practices
Oversee governance, update sets, and deployment strategies
Guide development teams on scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)

Required Skills & Experience:

8 10 years of ServiceNow experience
2 3+ years in Architect/Lead role
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping
Hands-on experience with integrations (AWS, Azure, Salesforce preferred)
Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API)
Experience with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CTA preferred)

Work Model: Onsite New Jersey
