Interns must be located in the same location throughout the duration of their internship and are prohibited from returning laptop/equipment to a different office location or shipping their equipment back. Position Summary: Our Franklin Templeton Technology (FTT) - Order Management Execution & Compliance team supports several mission-critical portfolio management systems with a primary focus on our ETF (exchange traded fund) business.
We are currently engaged in many transformational technology projects. These initiatives will have a lasting and meaningful impact on the ETF business and entire company. The ETF business has experienced tremendous growth, and these projects will help push the team to even greater heights.

- Deeper understanding of the ETF systems, workflows, and processes

Key Responsibilities Can Include: - Develop proofs of concept for next major initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers on existing projects
- Work closely with testers, support, and users to improve experiences and outcomes
Ideal Qualifications: - Proficiency in object-oriented languages
- Experience with C#, latest versions of .NET, SQL, and Azure services
- Familiarity with financial concepts and data analysis
- Good analytical skills
- Keen willingness to learn and explore new business and technical concepts

This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5 (dependent on state/location) hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24 - $30 (dependent on location and function) USD per hour.
