Responsibilities
• Lead design workshops and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions
• Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and governance models
• Oversee technical delivery, reviewing solution designs and ensuring compliance with best practices
• Serve as the primary technical authority and advisor to client stakeholders and executives
• Mentor developers, admins, and consultants across delivery teams
• Create technical roadmaps for platform adoption, upgrades, and new module rollouts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions
Qualifications
• Active certifications required: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and at least two CIS certification
• 10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large, complex environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security, and platform scalability
• Experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders to explain technical trade-offs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
