 Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Legal Application Development

Configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery
Build and maintain:
Legal intake portals
Service Catalog items (e.g., NDA requests, contract reviews)
Case and matter management workflows
Customize UI policies, client scripts, and business rules

2. Workflow Automation & Optimization

Automate legal processes such as:
Contract lifecycle management (CLM)
Compliance tracking and approvals
Legal request triage and routing
Use Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript)

3. Integration & Architecture

Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools such as:
DocuSign (e-signatures)
Salesforce (CRM)
Document management and knowledge systems
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure secure and scalable architecture
