● Advanced proficiency in SQL database programming and data manipulation is required. XML, JSON, proficiency preferred.
● Experience with data visualization and reporting toolkits such as PowerBI, iReport/JasperReports or similar platforms.
● Familiarity with SQL technology stacks and understanding of relational and dimensional database structures.
● Deep understanding of data lifecycles and Agile methodologies, focusing on accuracy and timely delivery, and with a keen understanding of the monitoring, maintenance, stewardship, accessibility, protections, guardrails, and business processes needed to ensure high quality data.
● Ability to work with, combine, and compare data in multiple data formats
● Curiosity and "Detective" Thinking - in a distributed system of applications, the "why" behind a problem is rarely on the surface.
● Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, particularly in translating technical data findings into non-technical language; strong problem-solving skills under pressure. Education & Experience
● Education: College Bachelor’s Degree with an IT, Statistics, or Data Analytics concentration.
● Experience: * Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analysis or application support.
○ Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing systems or data analysis within a large-scale enterprise environment. ○ Minimum of 2 yrs experience with Agile management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
