IBM TM1 Developer-Hybrid-Full time

We are seeking a Senior IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in financial planning solutions within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TM1 Rules, Feeders, TurboIntegrator processes, and financial modeling, along with deep knowledge of banking finance processes including ALM, FTP, capital planning, and stress testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) models including Rules, Feeders, and TurboIntegrator processes.

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) implementations including budgeting and forecasting models.

• Implement revenue planning, NII/NIM forecasting, OPEX and headcount planning solutions.

• Support Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and profitability allocation frameworks.

• Develop balance sheet planning and liquidity forecasting models aligned with ALM principles.

• Incorporate CECL provisioning logic, RWA calculations, and capital planning concepts (Basel/ICAAP).

• Support stress testing initiatives (e.g., CCAR scenarios) within planning models.

• Improve predictive analytics capabilities within TM1 for enhanced forecasting and automation.

• Enhance governance, version control, and CI/CD practices in TM1 deployments.

• Integrate TM1 solutions with ERP/GL systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.

• Work with modern data platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes for real-time data integration.

• Optimize SQL queries, relational schemas, and database performance.

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders and senior leadership to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

• Strong experience with TM1 Rules, Feeders, TurboIntegrator (TI), and performance tuning.

• Deep understanding of banking finance processes and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and capital planning models.

• Strong SQL expertise and experience with relational databases.

• Experience integrating with ERP/GL systems and enterprise data platforms.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices in TM1 environments.

• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms.

• Knowledge of automation and predictive modeling techniques within planning systems.
