Role Overview:
The Systems Engineer – MDM will leverage strong Mobile Device Management expertise to architect, design, and support infrastructure for a diverse fleet of mobile and handheld devices. The role involves leading MDM initiatives, driving best practices, and collaborating closely with support and infrastructure teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune, SOTI MobiControl, and Zoom Device Manager

• Manage Apple device lifecycle through Apple Business Manager (DEP/VPP)

• Oversee application packaging, deployment, and maintenance for third-party and custom LOB applications

• Evaluate and recommend new mobile technologies and platforms

• Develop and enforce mobile device standards across retail, corporate, and distribution environments

• Collaborate with End User Support and Infrastructure Delivery teams to streamline workflows

• Provide data, metrics, and insights on device usage and performance to support decision-making

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Intune, SOTI MobiControl, Zoom Device Manager)

• Strong experience managing iOS, iPadOS, Android, and RF handheld devices

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and large-scale device management

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

• Strong understanding of mobile security best practices

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
