Software TesterTop Skills:Android and iOS platform understandingFirmware knowledgeMobile software testingResponsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Detect, track, and document software defects, performance issues, and inconsistencies.
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and performance test cases for mobile apps and system features.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and feedback to the development team.
- Validate firmware, connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G), and hardware interactions.
- Conduct manual and automated testing as per defined procedures and quality criteria.
- Perform testing throughout all phases of the mobile software life cycle - design, develop, test, release, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a similar field.
- 1-3 years of experience in mobile software or QA testing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple testing tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of mobile Android OS platforms and device ecosystems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Excellent time-management and documentation skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Plus experience with mobile test tools (e.g., ADB, Jira, TestRail, or similar).
