About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical construction activities on a large-scale industrial project. This role involves managing installation, inspection, and subcontractor performance while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical work including wiring, conduit installation, panels, instrumentation, and communication systems.
  • Oversee electrical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Monitor construction progress and align with project schedules and milestones.
  • Review inspection documents, construction plans, and schedules with subcontractors.
  • Identify and address non-compliance with codes, specifications, and standards; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Provide final verification before submitting work for client inspection.
  • Conduct quality checks on fabricated materials, external shop work, and installed systems.
  • Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, site conditions, and material storage practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to quality processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional construction teams to maintain project alignment.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in electrical construction for industrial or plant projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and control codes and standards (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and construction documents.
  • Experience working with DWG (AutoCAD drawings and layouts).
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of construction contract documents, technical specifications, and drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Engineer.
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects ($50M+).
  • Background in semiconductor, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with Trimble or similar construction software.
  • Electrical licenses or certifications (Journeyman, Master Electrician, etc.).
  • Experience in multicultural or international project environments.
