This pivotal role offers the chance to spearhead the design, evolution, and long-term maintenance of robust enterprise applications. As the external partner managing this search, StaffRight Associates is seeking a technical leader who can bridge the gap between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on, high-performance software engineering.
What You’ll Do
Architect scalable software solutions and develop comprehensive technical specifications that drive innovation and reliability.
Champion elite coding standards and rigorous technical designs to ensure consistency and quality across all development lifecycles.
Mentor junior engineering staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous knowledge sharing.
Optimize application performance by performing deep-dive debugging, refactoring complex codebases, and implementing best-in-class software patterns.
Synthesize business requirements into efficient development tasks, balancing competing priorities across multiple high-stakes projects.
Document critical operational procedures and technical architectures to ensure long-term project continuity and clarity.
Monitor emerging trends within the logistics and supply chain sectors to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into current development workflows.
What You Bring
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
Core Technical Competencies: Extensive experience with .Net Framework, .Net Core, and C#. Proficiency in Winforms is essential.
Database & Cloud Expertise: Expert-level capabilities in SQL, T-SQL, Schema Design, and Performance Tuning. Deep knowledge of Azure services (including Key Vault, Blobs, and Graph Api).
Development Proficiency: Mastery of Object-Oriented Design, Threading, Dependency Injection, and Asynchronous Development.
Service Architecture: Strong background in building and maintaining Rest Apis and Web Services.
Professional Experience: 5 to 20 years of progressive experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
Strategic Frameworks: Proven ability to apply modern Software Design And Development Methodologies and Project Management Methodologies to complex workflows.
Supplemental Skills (Preferred): Working knowledge of C++/Mfc, Html5, Javascript, Jquery, Jqwidgets, Typescript, and Angular.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Annual Salary: $140,000 – $160,000.
