Functional Role: PLM for Master Data

Salary: $100,000-120,000 (some flex depending on experience)

Onsite in Downtown LA

We are looking for a dedicated PLM (Product Lifecycle Manager) to lead the development and management of business systems and integrations in our client's organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and expertise in software tools, data structures, and system implementations. Based in Los Angeles, California, this position offers an opportunity to drive impactful projects and ensure seamless operations across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee business system functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Lead integration projects, including mapping processes between various systems to enhance interoperability.

Coordinate and execute project management activities for back-office software and system implementations.

Utilize hands-on experience with NetSuite and other relevant software to manage technical processes effectively.

Develop and maintain a functional understanding of data table structures to support system operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system requirements for wholesale and retail operations.

Work with IPaaS tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Celigo to streamline integrations.

Support the product merchandising lifecycle by implementing effective system solutions.

Conduct backlog grooming and bug tracking to prioritize and resolve system issues.

Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to ensure efficient product lifecycle management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager with at least 2-3 years of expertise in managing business systems.
Strong background in system integration and mapping projects, particularly between key platforms.
Hands-on technical proficiency with NetSuite and other relevant software tools.
Familiarity with IPaaS integration tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Celigo.
Solid understanding of data structures and related table configurations.
Knowledge of wholesale and retail system requirements, including the product merchandising lifecycle.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira.
Strong skills in backlog grooming, bug tracking, and product lifecycle management.
