Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and MongoDB (PyMongo). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems and contributing to AI-driven solutions, requiring continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Python
Build scalable, high-performance backend systems
Integrate applications with MongoDB using PyMongo

Testing & Quality

Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Ensure high code quality through best practices

DevOps & CI/CD

Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Participate in code reviews and follow Git-based workflows

Collaboration

Work independently and within Agile teams
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Innovation & Learning

Stay updated with the latest AI technologies
Contribute to AI-driven backend development initiatives

Required Skills

Must Have:

7+ years of experience in Python
Strong experience with RESTful API development
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
Expertise in MongoDB (PyMongo)

Nice to Have:

Experience with automated testing (Unit, Integration, E2E)
Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks
Strong understanding of Git and SDLC practices
