Material Supply Chain Analyst (Part Time)

Top 3 Skills:

·        Entry to mid-level professional with experience in materials – inventory, purchasing, production, etc.

·        Strong relationship and communication skills as they will be working with multiple teams. ERP experience (SAP) is a plus but not required.

·        College degree in in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred but not required.

What do you get to do in this position?

·        Ensure a continuous flow of incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies. Coordinate Open Purchase Order Management and/or Order Scheduling.

·        Monitor and improve supplier performance through established KPIs. Work with suppliers on late orders, confirmation details, etc.

·        Take daily action regarding Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages and escalate when issues are repeated.

·        This job might be for you if you are: motivated and eager to solve material challenges. College degree preferred but not required.

·        Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.

·        At least 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain is preferred. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.

·        Proficient in using computers with knowledge of Microsoft suite applications (Specifically Outlook & Excel).

·        Strong drive and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with good time management and organizational skills.

·        Strong relationship-building and collaborative management skills.

·        Strong negotiation skills are a plus.

·        Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
