Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) Consultant to design, implement, customize, and support Oracle Commerce Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Commerce Cloud architecture, storefront development, integrations, and eCommerce best practices. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable and high-performing digital commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Commerce Cloud storefronts and administrative features.
• Develop and maintain integrations between OCC and enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, and third-party applications.
• Customize widgets, layouts, themes, and storefront experiences using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and OCC APIs.
• Develop REST API integrations and support headless commerce implementations where required.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver responsive and user-friendly customer experiences.
• Optimize website performance, scalability, SEO, and overall user experience.
• Support deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist during UAT.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards.
• Stay current with Oracle Commerce Cloud releases and recommend new features and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) implementation and development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Commerce Cloud architecture and administration.
• Experience developing custom widgets, extensions, and storefront components.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience integrating OCC with Oracle ERP, Oracle CX, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), payment gateways, tax engines, and shipping providers.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle CX Commerce, Oracle CPQ, or Oracle CX applications.
• Knowledge of headless commerce architecture.
• Experience integrating payment gateways (CyberSource, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Experience with search technologies such as Oracle Search Cloud or Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and web performance optimization.
• Oracle Commerce Cloud certifications are a plus.
