Data Analytics Project manager ( In Person Interview at Austin, Texas)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions.
• Supports a Technical Project Manager for a data engineering project with an AI adoption program.
• Involves managing cross-functional coordination, tracking deliverables, supporting platform and data engineering initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business, engineering, and AI stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI/ML adoption efforts is highly desirable, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements:

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading technical projects or programs in Data, Analytics, and Cloud environments.
• 10+ years of experience leading Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing initiatives from planning through delivery.
• 10+ years of experience managing Business Intelligence (BI), Big Data, and Analytics projects in complex enterprise environments.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Healthcare Data initiatives; familiarity with FHIR, CCDA, and HL7 standards is a plus.
• 10+ years of working knowledge of SQL and database technologies to support project planning, estimation, issue resolution, and delivery.
• 10+ years of strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• 10+ years of proven leadership managing cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, and complex project timelines.
• 10+ years of collaboration with data engineers, developers, business analysts, architects, and business partners.
• 10+ years of experience defining project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• 10+ years of experience with project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, financial tracking, and status reporting.
• 10+ years of proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• 10+ years of experience creating and maintaining project plans, charters, schedules, governance documents, and lessons learned.
• 10+ years of working knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and data systems.
• 10+ years demonstrating a proactive leadership style, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of experience working in Healthcare or other highly regulated environments, including compliance, security, and data governance.
• 8+ years of Healthcare industry experience.
• 8+ years of understanding Information Management, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture, IT Processes, and Enterprise Technologies.
• 8+ years of strong consulting, stakeholder facilitation, and workshop leadership skills.
• 8+ years of customer-focused communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• 8+ years demonstrating a proactive leadership style with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Preferred Certification: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• 3+ years of experience supporting AI, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives at the project or program level.
• Preferred Certifications: TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architecture, or Microsoft Azure / AWS / Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform) certifications.
