Role: Sr. Performance Tester
Location: Mclean, VA(Onsite) Only locals or Neighbour States
Job Description:
- Total IT Experience required 11 Years
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and server performance.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, etc.).
- Scripting skills (Java, Python, Shell, or Groovy).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments.
- Leadership and team management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage performance testing activities.
- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
- Monitor system performance and analyze results.
- Identify performance issues and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams.
- Mentor junior performance testers.
