Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across our enterprise Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce customization, hands-on exposure to AI/ML capabilities, and proven leadership skills to guide development teams in delivering innovative and scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications preferred
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts with practical experience implementing AI-driven features in Salesforce
Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and generative AI capabilities
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Python, or other data engineering tools
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
