Product Owner

Location: This is 100% Remote role. But one day in 2 weeks need to be in Dallas, TX office.

• End-to-end product ownership for healthcare payment solutions, including patient payments, provider billing, insurance payment workflows, and payment gateway integrations.

• Gather and translate business requirements from healthcare stakeholders, billing teams, and compliance teams into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.

• Manage integrations with payment gateways and healthcare financial systems to support secure payment processing, refunds, recurring payments, ACH, credit card transactions, and payment reconciliation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, compliance, and operations to deliver HIPAA-compliant healthcare payment applications with high availability and security standards.

• Analyze product performance, payment transaction trends, and user feedback to drive process improvements, optimize payment workflows, and enhance patient and provider payment experience.
