Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI prompt engineer with a specialization in insurance underwriting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in submission and evaluation processes, loss assessment, and a profound understanding of general artificial intelligence (Gen AI). The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our underwriting capabilities by leveraging advanced AI technologies.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in insurance underwriting with a focus on submission & evaluation and loss assessment.
• Strong background in developing and implementing AI models, particularly in the field of insurance.
• Familiarity with general artificial intelligence concepts and applications.
• Excellent programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI prompts tailored for insurance underwriting processes.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to understand submission requirements and create intelligent prompts for efficient data collection.
• Streamline and optimize the submission process using AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Evaluate and analyze underwriting submissions, utilizing AI algorithms to assess risk factors and provide data-driven insights.
• Utilize AI models to assess potential losses and predict risk scenarios.
• Develop and implement loss assessment strategies to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with IT and AI development teams to integrate AI models into underwriting systems seamlessly.
• Ensure the compatibility of AI algorithms with existing underwriting workflows.
• Demonstrate expertise in general artificial intelligence, exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance underwriting processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Gen AI, applying relevant innovations to improve underwriting practices.
