Our Finance team is a passionate, high-performing group committed to supporting our client operations through accurate and timely financial transaction management. The team provides critical business guidance on a broad range of accounting, reporting, and analytical projects, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant and related work experience, at least 3 years in consolidation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Experience managing small to midsized teams and functional areas.
Strong project management/organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Creative problem solver with an ability to think strategically and present information in a concise fashion.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

Our Accounting team manages business transactions on behalf of the organization, reporting on company performance, issuing financial statements, and maintaining financial records. Your day-to-day job will consist of:
Thorough review of journal entries and reconciliations, following up with requestors for any additional support or understanding if necessary
Oversee and refine month-end close processes, procedures, including accounting for intercompany transactions, foreign currency translation, remeasurements, and global chart of accounts maintenance.
Participate in monthly global consolidations and intercompany eliminations processes.
Lead financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for leadership
Assist the daily activities and the career development of team members, including hiring, coaching, reviewing work, establishing goals and performance management of team members as required.
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies, and drive solutions focusing on regional and global standardization.
Assist other team members' daily responsibilities as a backup when necessary.
Participate in the year-end financial statement audit process
Ensure policies and processes are well documented, updated, applied consistently and broadly
Maintain a great working relationship with all business partners. Provide accounting policies, process, and training to staff and business partners as required.
Assist in various cross-functional projects and participate in various ad-hoc special projects as assigned.
