Job Title/Role: Jira Admin

Job Location (with City & State) USA – Remote

W2 Contract Only

 

Mandatory Skills: Jira, Cloud application Migrations

 

JD Jira Administration

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management

• Configure and maintain workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, automation rules, and dashboards.

• Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and access controls.

• Implement governance and best practices for Atlassian Cloud. Cloud Migration Planning & Execution

• Lead Jira Server/Data Center to Jira Cloud migration initiatives.

• Perform discovery and assessment of existing Jira environments.

• Develop migration strategies, cutover plans, rollback plans, and migration runbooks.

• Execute migrations using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).

• Validate migration completeness, data integrity, and system performance post-migration.
