| We are seeking a versatile ERP Training & Documentation Lead to join our Change Management team. This role will be responsible for the planning, development, execution, and continuous improvement of the training and documentation plan to support all users of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that training and documentation aligns with organizational needs and business objectives. This role will help to oversee a team of ERP training and documentation professionals, ensuring they deliver high-quality, role-based deliverables that support new and existing users. You will be responsible for adopting and enhancing the team's comprehensive training and documentation strategy that maximizes user engagement, fosters system adoption, and ensures users are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage Oracle ERP's full capabilities. You will also track and measure the effectiveness of training programs to continuously improve and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization. - Collaborate with IT to implement Oracle Guided Learning, OGL, into the overall training and documentation plan.
- Oversee the execution of a comprehensive training and documentation strategy and plan, which includes onboarding, new feature training, support documentation, job aids, quick reference guides, etc.
- Work within the Change Management team to evaluate outcomes of impact assessments, to conduct training analysis and to champion change throughout the project.
- Lead and mentor a team of ERP instructional designers, trainers, and documentation specialists to ensure high-quality delivery of training and documentation programs across multiple departments and geographies.
- Develop and implement blended learning approaches (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, hands-on exercises, virtual training) to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that training and documentation deliverables are relevant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor user adoption rates and feedback to continuously refine and improve training content and delivery methods.
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training and documentation, such as user proficiency, training completion rates, and system usage improvements.
- Track training results utilizing scorecards and measures, to accurately report to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas of focus for ongoing training initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with external training vendors or consultants as needed to support specialized training needs or initiatives.
| | | | - years of experience in ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud training and documentation, with at least 3 years in lead role, specifically related to Oracle ERP systems.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering ERP training strategies/programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules and business processes (finance, supply chain, engineering, etc.), preferably Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with technical writing and creating/overseeing end user support documentation.
- Experience overseeing and working with a team coordinating large-scale training and documentation initiatives.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, etc.), and virtual training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx)
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), or UPK, strongly preferred.
- Experience creating and delivering training for Oracle Fusion modules P2P, AP, AR, R2R, GL.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management to align training with organizational goals.
- High level of customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
