Summary

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to support the Project Excellence Team in managing mammalian toxicology studies and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products for molecule advancement decisions and regulatory submissions. The role involves coordinating study initiation, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate study initiation and manage project timelines across toxicology programs.
Assign project IDs, build internal project teams, and communicate project schedules.
Monitor requests from shared project management inbox and MamTox portal.
Maintain study schedules, milestones, and project tracking tools (e.g., SmartSheet).
Collaborate with SMEs, Group Leaders, Study Monitors, and outsourcing teams for study execution.
Maintain study costing data and ensure accuracy in regulatory planning tools.
Support project planning, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in project management within a laboratory or scientific environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with multiple databases and project tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
