Job description:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the redesign of our Token Manager system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly within the context of advanced product management frameworks such as SAFe. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end product management process for the Token Manager redesign, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Utilize SAFe methodologies to manage product backlogs and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on software products.
• Strong understanding of SAFe Advanced Product Management principles.
• Experience in leading product redesign initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with tokenization or digital asset management.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies beyond SAFe.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving user adoption.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
