Freight & Documentation Governance: Analyze freight documentation processes, including Bill of Lading (BOL) accessorials, shipment weight documentation, and carrier compliance metrics.
Standardization: Support and optimize field validation fields and tracking modules (e.g., Target Delivery Confirmation / TDC fields) within system training modules to ensure data integrity across logistics operations.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Dashboard Management: Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs using Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools to track inventory accuracy, order cycle times, and carrier performance.
Financial & Cost Tracking: Analyze logistics financial data, evaluating freight variances, CapEx/OpEx allocations for warehouse equipment, and warehouse labor optimization metrics.
Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate system discrepancies between physical inventory and Warehouse Management System (WMS) records, executing data-driven deep dives to resolve recurring issues.
Systems & Cross-Functional Collaboration
System Requirements: Collaborate with Warehouse Managers, Inventory Specialists, and IT Product Owners to gather, map, and document business requirements for WMS and Transportation Management System (TMS) updates.
UAT & Training: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, and author clear internal "how-to" guides and operational training documentation for warehouse staff.
