Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. OT Network Engineer with 10+ years of progressive network engineering expertise to support operational technology (OT) initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This role requires a handson professional with strong enterprise and OT networking skills, proven ability to work in plantfloor environments, and a collaborative approach to bridging IT and engineering teams. The engineer will serve as the onsite technical lead, ensuring secure, resilient, and highavailability network solutions with zero unplanned downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as onsite lead for OT network initiatives and deployments.
- Design and implement secure, resilient architectures for industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Incorporate OT cybersecurity requirements including segmentation, IDMZ, and access control.
- Provide escalation support for complex incidents and coordinate resolution with vendors.
- Develop and maintain standards, documentation, and implementation practices.
- Mentor and train local IT and operational staff on OT network fundamentals.
- Support project planning, cutovers, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate production requirements into effective solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
- Strong background in OT, industrial, or manufacturing network environments.
- Expertise in enterprise networking and secure network design.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in highavailability environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Experience supporting deployments, cutovers, and operational support activities.
- Ability to mentor and train support personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or plantfloor environments.
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity concepts, IDMZ, and segmentation strategies.
- Background in automation, controls, or industrial systems networking.
- Largescale OT network deployment or modernization experience.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Experience developing standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance.
