Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Exposure Management, Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), Risk Analytics, and Financial Services Technology. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams by gathering requirements, supporting enterprise risk platforms, optimizing business processes, and ensuring operational excellence across Exposure Management and Credit Risk applications.
The successful candidate should possess deep knowledge of CCR concepts, derivatives, exposure management, SQL, data analysis, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and regulatory compliance within investment banking or capital markets environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Support Exposure Management and CCR applications.
Create BRDs, Functional Specs, Process Flows, Data Mapping, and Test Cases.
Manage production incidents, root cause analysis, and change management.
Work with business, development, QA, and support teams.
Support regulatory, audit, and risk compliance initiatives.
Improve operational processes and platform reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience supporting enterprise Exposure Management platforms.
Investment Banking or Capital Markets experience.
Experience with DevOps environments.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Strong understanding of operational risk controls.
Experience supporting mission-critical risk systems.
