Requirements

4 or more years of experience managing enterprise data analytics, data engineering, and cloud database implementations.

Proficiency in Databricks for managing large-scale data lakes and building reliable, scalable data pipelines.

Experience with SQL, ETL workflows, and programming languages including Python and Java.

Experience with analytics and visualization tools including dbt, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.

Experience in implementing modern data architectures, data warehousing, and complex data modeling paradigms.

Experience with enforcing strict data governance, data lineage, and privacy regulations in highly regulated industries.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Responsibilities

Define the vision, strategic roadmap, and execution plans for scalable data platforms and machine learning infrastructures.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products from initial requirements gathering to final deprecation.

Partner with data engineers and data scientists to construct scalable pipelines, analytical models, and data services.

Translate complex business rules into structured metadata, schema transformations, and domain-specific processing workflows.

Serve as the primary technical liaison bridging the gap between database engineering teams and business policy administrators.

Collaborate with analytics units to design performance dashboards, enterprise key performance indicators, and reporting frameworks.

Enforce strict data governance, regulatory policy compliance, and ethical artificial intelligence standards across human services programs.
