We are seeking a hands-on NetSuite Systems Administrator to support and optimize our recently implemented NetSuite environment. This individual will play a key role in stabilizing the system following a complex ERP migration, identifying process gaps, supporting end users, and driving operational improvements across finance, operations, warehouse, and IT functions.

This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with the VP of Operations and Finance leadership to improve system performance, streamline processes, and evaluate future automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by proactively recommending improvements and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of NetSuite administration or support experience.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or post-go-live optimization efforts.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, operations, inventory, order management, and business processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams.
  • Experience with reporting, workflows, saved searches, and role-based administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RFSmart experience.
  • Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or inventory-based industry experience.
  • NetSuite SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics experience.
  • System integration experience with eCommerce, shipping, logistics, or banking platforms.
  • Exposure to SuiteScript or technical scripting concepts.
