Overview:We are looking for an IT Deployment Technician to support hardware rollouts, upgrades, and workstation deployments across the organization. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong technical skills and experience preparing, configuring, and deploying end-user equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment according to company standards.
- Perform device imaging, configuration, software installations, and system updates.
- Execute large-scale hardware refresh projects, including scheduling, staging, and on-site setup.
- Migrate user data, profiles, and settings during device replacements or upgrades.
- Assist with inventory tracking, asset tagging, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during deployment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deployment steps, checklists, and equipment assignments.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to address deployment-related issues and escalate when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, deployment, or hardware rollout environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and device imaging tools.
- Experience installing and configuring software, drivers, and security tools.
- Familiarity with Active Directory for workstation joins and basic account interactions.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment (typically up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with automated deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, MDT, or similar).
- Knowledge of Office 365 and common enterprise applications.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale hardware refreshes or corporate deployments.
- Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi setup, VPN).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
