Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Financials Cloud modules. The role requires strong expertise in financial processes, cloud implementations, and public sector project experience.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Financials Cloud modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)
- Tax Management
- Must have minimum 3 Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations completed end-to-end.
- Must have strong Public Sector / Government project experience.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Financials Cloud implementations including configuration, deployment, and support.
- Strong ability to gather business requirements and prepare:
- Functional design documents (MD50)
- Technical design documents (MD70)
- Using AIM / OUM methodology
- Expertise in Fit-Gap analysis and mapping As-Is to To-Be processes.
- Experience in designing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Hands-on experience in CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, FBDI loads, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience in preparing:
- Setup/configuration documents
- Functional specifications
- Test scripts
- Training materials and SOPs
- Ability to coordinate with onsite/offshore teams, manage timelines, and provide regular status updates.
