Job Title: Power Platform Software Engineer
Note : Focus on candidates with 8–12+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience,
especially with Dataverse architecture, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise governance.
The role is significantly more than traditional development work and combines solution architecture, business engagement, requirements gathering, Dataverse design, Power Platform development, and enterprise governance adherence. CSX is seeking a senior-level consultant capable of operating independently, collaborating directly with business stakeholders, designing Dataverse solutions from scratch, and helping drive a strategic shift from Canvas Apps toward Model-Driven Apps.
A major initial priority will be a tax department modernization initiative intended to replace an existing third-party SaaS solution using Power Platform capabilities. The consultant will also support citizen developers, assist with production applications across the organization, and participate in ongoing enterprise Power Platform initiatives.
