Job Overview: The
Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Must Have: Technical PM, Strong Data Analysis, Remediation, Excel and PowerPoint, SDLC Nice to Have: Data Center experience/ Financial analysis
Responsibilities: - Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an advanced capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

Pay Range: $70/75/hr
